Noireônaturel is a French haircare brand specialising in organic, eco-certified products for textured, curly, and afro hair. Since its founding, the brand has been committed to clean beauty, celebrating natural hair in all its forms while promoting inclusivity and sustainability. With a minimalist aesthetic and a strong ethical stance, Noireônaturel has positioned itself as a pioneer in conscious haircare.
After nearly 15 years in the industry, one of the brand’s key challenges has been renewing engagement with a younger audience while staying true to its original values. In a saturated and fast-evolving market, it also faced the need to refresh its content strategy and strengthen its presence on social platforms to remain top-of-mind and continue growing its community organically.
As a social media manager, my approach focused on reinforcing the brand’s voice and reconnecting with its core audience while reaching new, younger consumers. I developed content that blended education, storytelling, and visual identity, tailored to each platform. From creating Reels and carousels to managing daily engagement and campaign planning, I worked to align social media strategy with the brand’s vision, highlighting its authenticity, expertise, and strong roots in natural beauty.
